Louise Garcia is a highly regarded lawyer and legal consultant, recognised as a specialist in legal advice in Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners for Construction. Louise practices with Keystone Law and has over 25 years of experience in construction, and design & engineering disputes across multiple sectors including roads and railways, commercial, industrial and residential developments.
She advises and represents contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and employers; from contractual issues (standard form, PFI and bespoke), to disputes over accounts, performance, and termination, including specialist advice on delay and disruption, loss and expense.
